Measurements
Here are the measurements that I’ve been taking as another way to keep track of my progress. I dont like to only rely on the scale, since it’s fickle and doesn’t always do the best job of keeping tabs on how my body is changing. These will only be updated about once a month (or so..), unlike the weigh-ins that are updated every week.
