day eleven

in some ways the workouts are getting easier.  in other ways its just getting harder.  i think the hardest thing to keep going is the motivation.  sure, i had great motivations going into this, as i had for every other thing i’ve tried to lose weight.  but, somewhere along, oh i dont know, day eleven, it starts to wear off.  and then the reality sets in.  i’m 11/90 days into this, which means i have 79 more days to go.  that seems like soo much!  but, the good news is, that even through my whining (to myself) and complaining (to myself, since no one else knows i’m doing this) i get my ass out of bed and do it.

today, i did all 100 of the ab ripper.  i had to hit the pause button a million times as i couldn’t quite keep up with their pace.  and i kinda had to modify some of the crunches.  but, i did 100 of them.  that is progress!  i also find myself being much more flexible.  i can touch the floor when stretching my legs and back.  i can go a lot lower when doing warrior pose or lunges.  if only i could hold on to those little things, then maybe getting up and actually getting going would be easier.
