i have my period.  and i feel crappy.  i am in pain.  and, stupid me, i stepped on the scale this morning only to see a 4 pound gain.  bad idea.  but, i did the workout anyway.  i think its working.  my underwear feels looser, no lie.  i forgot to push start on my heart rate monitor until about 5 minutes in, so these starts are probably a little bit off.  but, whatever.  it’s going to be a trying day – working while i have my period is never easy.
