i am in utter disbelief that i have managed to stick with this program for two weeks straight.  i have never stuck with any type of exercise with such dedication.  i mean, i didn’t get to be this fat because i liked to exercise.  i dont.  i hate it.  i like sitting on comfortable surfaces and doing as little as possible.  so, this is a HUGE accomplishment.  and i’m hoping to get huge results from it.

today, i did the cardio workout.  i attempted to do the jumping jacks, which i usually substitute for something without the jumping.  so, i jumped, and EVERYTHING moved and flapped.  it was gross, and similarly hilarious.  my thighs, my stomach, and my boobs were flailing about all over the place.  so, i did about four of those, and went back to something a bit easier.  i guess that will be a true test of progress – when i can jump and only little pieces of me fling in the air.

the yoga is still a mystery, but i’m not letting it get to me.  i’ll get there, and in the meantime, i’ll do the parts that i can do.  but, i did 100% of the abs workout!  the complete thing!  i had to push pause, and i had to stop to take breaths, but I DID IT!!  and, boy does it hurt while i’m doing it.  not so much afterward, but during i can feel the burn.

sweat 1/2 – 36 minutes

abs 100 – 4 minutes

385 calories burned; 40% fat
