day eighteen

i dont know if i’m not working as hard, of if i’m just slacking, or maybe just maybe i’m actually getting more adjusted to the workouts.  i think i’m not working as hard.  i’m trying to figure out if i hsould push to the max, or if i should stay in my ‘target heart rate zone’ like my heart rate monitor keeps beeping at me to do.  if i actually stayed in the zone, i’d be stretching, and nothing else.  but, if i dont kill myself, i can actually finish most of the workout without dying.  tough call.  at any rate, i have now completed eighteen days of this program.  little by little i am getting more and more motivated to finish.  or at least go for thirty days.

6/11/09 – 1:00pm

sweat 1/2 – 36 minutes

abs 100 – 4 minutes

376 calories burned; 45% fat
