so, i watched the 3/4 part of the sculpt thinking maybe i could try that.  but, nope.  i think its too intense.  so, instead i decided to try to do all the suggested reps of each exercise and see how many i could do.  and, that is why i’m exhausted.  i did 15 reps of almost all the moves, except for the dips (of which i can barely do 4 and not even all the way) and the pushups.  i can’t seem to make my arms go back the way he instructs.  but, i think i’m going to keep challenging myself like this until i feel ready to move to the next series.  the workouts are essentially the same, except i think its a faster pace and more reps.  i also think there’s a round of new moves at the end.  something to aspire to.  i’m thinking day 45 is a good day to shoot for switching.  at least for the sculpt.  definitely not for the cardio.
