Weigh-Ins

Since my ultimate goal is to lose weight, I thought I’d keep myself accountable and track that progress here.  The blogging has been working for the workouts, so hopefully this will keep me honest with the weigh-ins as well. My ultimate goal is to be in a healthy weight range for my height, which is probably around 130ish. But, for now, I’m thinking my goal is to be under 200.
